Guild Ranks

Guild ranks are to establish recognize members for the time they have spent with the guild and the frequency with which they are available for grouping and aiding guild members.  Many people may have ranks lower than expected, this may an oversight on my part because we play in different time zones and I do not see you online or have not grouped with you.  They do not mean much but I designed then to add a little a spice to the guild and I thought they would be fun. Please do not read more into this desired.  Want a higher rank, let me know your on.  I will notice you are on and make adjustments.
